This past SEMA, Toyota made a comeback at the Specialty Equipment Market Association (SEMA) Show with an innovative multi-brand setup centered around the 2023 theme: “Track or Trail, Your Thrill Awaits.”

We have a longstanding history with Toyota, spanning several years. Star Shield Solutions serves as a supplier of paint protection film and a designer of kits specifically tailored for Toyota vehicles. We take great pride in our partnership with Toyota and look forward with enthusiasm to what lies ahead. As new models are set to be released, our engineering team has been diligently engaged in the design process, collaborating closely with Toyota engineers to ensure the optimal fitment of our products.

This marks Toyota’s most significant commitment to SEMA thus far, with a display located in Central Hall at Booth No. 22200 in the Las Vegas Convention Center. The showcase will feature a collection of 19 vehicles, including unique specialty builds, vehicles accessorized through the Associated Accessories Program (AAP), the brand-new Land Cruiser and Tacoma models, as well as the recently introduced GR Family of Special Edition vehicles, along with various other production cars. Enthusiasts of GR, TRD Pro, and Trailhunter models will all find something to celebrate.

This year’s showcase is remarkably organized into distinct brand interest zones, each substantial enough to function as its own independent exhibition. Notably, there is a dedicated area for Toyota Gazoo Racing (GR) with a display of four cars, showcasing three GR Special Editions alongside the GR Cup Series GR86 race car. The TRD exhibit offers an immersive experience with a full-motion simulator featuring Toyota’s innovative patent-pending IsoDynamic Seat, accompanied by a display of five vehicles. At the heart of the event, attention is drawn to a new and expansive Associated Accessories Program (AAP) Meeting Space, as well as a prominent overlanding presence, presenting a range of exciting concepts and customized vehicles. Additionally, attendees can witness a live demonstration of Toyota’s Wireless Trailer Camera System. This theme and layout are sure to captivate individuals with a passion for enhancing their Toyota cars, trucks, and SUVs.

Toyota is placing a growing emphasis on accessories, demonstrating a strong interest in expanding their range of aftermarket products and enhancements. Additionally, there has been a surge in the availability of vehicle graphics and decals. Whether it’s matte Supra strips or the tire tread vinyl design on the 4Runner, Toyota is providing customers with ample opportunities to personalize and distinguish their vehicles.
